What does a Cyber Security Analyst do at SecWise?
Through our SecWise WATCH service you will monitor security incidents and alerts, perform threat hunting and deliver cyber response services to our customers.
You will advise our customers on security issues and you suggest technical solution improvements.
Who are you?
Hard Skills
- Computer network (security) concepts, protocols
- Knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities
- In depth knowledge of the Microsoft M365 & Azure security stack
- Knowledge of Cloud concepts and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of new and emerging IT and cybersecurity technologies
- You have a degree in IT (Bachelor or Master) or similar experience
- You are recently graduated or you have one or two years of experience in IT or as security engineer/analyst
- You already have some security certifications or are willing to be trained and get certified
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical & Problem-Solving skills
- You anticipate potential problems and are always looking for the right solution for our customers
- You love to define the needs of the customer and the desired functionalities.
- Attention for Detail
- Stays calm when under pressure (in case of a security incident)
- Excellent writing & reporting skills (in English & Dutch)
- Good Oral communication and presenting skills
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is an asset
